Shipping costs for orders will be based on weight. If you have questions regarding shipping options please contact us and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. However we do our best to ship out sooner.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

Because of hygienic standards we cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewelry items. Please carefully read item description for information on metals used in products which vary from gold plated (brass or stainless steel), gold filled, stainless steel and sterling silver. If you have any questions please email us prior to your purchase. All jewelry products are lead and nickel-free. Please also refer to how to care for your jewelry to preserve the integrity of your pieces.

Pottery items are one of a kind pieces. We do not offer returns or exchanges for these items. If preserved carefully your ceramic pieces can last for lifetimes however they are fragile by nature and will break if dropped or handled carelessly. Please be respectful of your pieces so they can bring you joy for many years to come. If you have any questions regarding pieces please email us and we are happy to answer your questions prior to purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in cases where an item was damaged in transit to the buyer. We carefully package our items to ensure they are delivered safely to you. If your item was damaged during shipping please email us within 48 hours of delivery at wildbohemianco@gmail.com with photos and a description of the damage. We do not offer refunds for pottery or jewelry items damaged by the buyer or for reported damage outside of 48 hours.
